These no-bake Nut Goodie Bars are so easy and are always a huge hit! They are not only fast and easy, they are also gluten free!
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, grease the paper and set pan aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the butterscotch chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals stirring after each 30-seconds.
Once the mixture is completely melted and smooth, add the mini marshmallows and Spanish peanuts and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into the prepared 8×8 pan and refrigerate until hardened. Once thoroughly cooled and hardened, cut into your preferred size of bars.
Store in an airtight container for a week or freeze in a sealed container for up to 2 months.
To double recipe, use a 9×13 dish and simply double the ingredients (or you can use a 10×15 jelly roll pan for thinner bars).
