Description
I have no idea where my mom got this from, but it’s our most requested recipe pretty much any time I gotta bring something. Super easy to make and tastes yummy! Great for potlucks or BBQs as something easy to bring for dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 package (18 Oz. Package) Oreos
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 stick Butter
- 16 ounces, fluid Cool Whip
- 3 cups Milk
- 2 boxes (4-serving Size Box) Instant Vanilla Pudding
Preparation
Crush cookies into crumbs. A large Ziploc and a rolling pin works best. They’re Oreos so you aren’t going to get fine crumbs and that’s fine—just crumbly!
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add Cool Whip and milk, blend well. Add packages of pudding, blend. Mixture will be a bit runny.
Place half of the crumbs in a large bowl. Pour the mixture over the cookie crumbs. Add the remaining crumbs over the top and cover.
Chill for several hours, preferably overnight!
