Diet Coke Cake

Description
The easiest cake you will ever make. You would never know this yummy cake was made with only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 box Cake Mix
- 12 ounces, fluid Diet Soda
- 8 ounces, fluid Fat-free Whipped Cream
- 1 box Sugar-free/Fat-free Pudding Mix
Preparation
1. Mix together soda and cake mix. No need for oil, eggs, milk, or water!
2. Follow baking times on the back of box.
3. After cake cools, mix whipped cream with pudding mix.
4. Ice cake with whipped cream mixture. Add garnishes such as berries, sprinkles, candles, etc.
Be creative! Try out different flavor combinations:
– Funfetti cake and diet cherry cola with white chocolate icing
– Chocolate cake and diet root beer with chocolate icing
– Coconut cake and diet orange soda with lemon icing
The possibilities are endless!
This recipe can make two 8-inch or 9-inch cakes, 24 cupcakes, or 1 bundt cake.

I realised I had no eggs or butter and had to make a cake for morning tea. Tried this and it was really really good! Everyone loved it so I had to tell them it wasn’t a cake made from scratch but with Diet Coke. Amazing.
