Description

Not a bad way to go!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownies, 18 Ounce Box
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified On The Brownie Mix (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
  • 2 boxes Instant Chocolate Mousse, 3.1 Ounce Packages, Made To Package Instructions I Use Dr Oetker - But I Think Jello Makes It As Well
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified On The Mousse Package
  • 5 packages Twix Bars, 1.68 Ounce Packages, Chopped Into Bite Size Pieces (2 In A Pack So That's 10 Pieces)
  • 16 ounces, weight Tub Of Cool Whip
  • Optional Garnish: Chocolate Shavings

Preparation

Prepare the brownies according to package instructions. Prepare the chocolate mousse according to package instructions.

Choose whether you want to use shooter cups or a large bowl. Begin by layering the bottom of your dish(es) with pieces of brownie. Top that with 1/2 of the mousse, 1/2 your Twix bites, then 1/2 the Cool Whip. Repeat layers. Shave some chocolate on top if desired. Chill them in the refrigerator until they reach your desired temperature, then serve. You can make this a full day ahead—it stays perfect.

Measures do not need to be perfect on this one as you are just layering it all together. If you want more or less brownie, whipped cream, etc…go for it! You know what you like.

Enjoy!
