Description

This dessert has proven to me that I’m never more than about 15 minutes away from cheesecake, and that my friends is a comforting thought! As an admitted sugar addict I can assure you that your insatiable sugar tooth will thank you for making these, and so will all your picky eaters. Try them today!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Mascarpone Cheese
  • ¼ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Milk, Preferredly Whole
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • _____
  • OPTIONAL - YOUR CHOICE OF FLAVORINGS:
  • ½ cups Fresh Or Frozen Fruit
  • ¼ cups Nutella
  • ¼ cups Caramel Sauce
  • ¼ cups Fruit Preserves

Preparation

Process all ingredients (including your choice of the optional flavorings) in the bowl of a food processor until smooth.

Place in cups or containers and refrigerate 40 minutes until set.

Eat and fall over in surprise at how good this simple dessert is!

As long as you make sure to rid yourself of all cream cheese clumps, any such mixer device should work great!

Is the slicing of the food processor important? Or will a electric hand mixer or some such whisking implement work just as well?
