Description

It had to be done. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Butter
  • 10 ounces, weight Marshmallows
  • ¾ cups Biscoff Spread, Divided
  • 5-½ cups Rice Krispies Cereal

Preparation

In large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Once completely melted, add in marshmallows and 1/2 cup Biscoff spread. Mix continuously over low heat until marshmallow is smooth and creamy. Quickly fold in cereal.

Pour in a buttered 8×8 pan (for thicker treats) or 13×9 pan (for thinner treats). Cover. Allow to set, about 1-2 hours. Cut into squares.

In a small microwave bowl, melt the remaining 1/4 cup Biscoff for 30 seconds. Drizzle over treats, allow to harden (about 30 minutes). Enjoy!

Wow, these are awesome! If you love Biscoff cookies, you need to make these. I followed the recipe exactly except that I microwaved the butter until melted, tossed in the marshmallows, and microwaved the mixture another minute to melt the marshmallows. Delicious!

I made these yesterday-OH MY GOSH are they good! I didn’t drizzle the tops with Biscoff-just added the 1/2 cup to the marshmallow mixture. We are LOVIN’ THESE!

Thanks so much for sharing your creation-it had to be done-and I’m SO glad you did……and that I did too! :)
