Description

A wonderfully gooey treat!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Flour Tortillas
  • 1 whole Banana, Ripe
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar

Preparation

Butter 1 side of each tortilla. Mash banana with a fork and mix in chocolate chips. Place 1 tortilla, butter side down, into a heated quesadilla maker or skillet. Spoon half of the banana mixture on the tortilla and spread it around a bit. Place another tortilla on top, butter to the outside. Close the quesadilla maker or, if using a skillet, place another heavy skillet or weight on top. Cook until golden brown. If using a skillet, cook until one side is golden brown (2-3 minutes), flip, replace the weight, and cook until the other side is just as nice. Repeat the process with the other 2 tortillas and the rest of the banana mixture. While the Bananadilla is still hot and buttery, sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar and serve.

Buon Appetito!

I made these tonight. They were yummy.
Mine were not quite as neat and pretty as the ones in the picture. In fact it was pretty much a gooey mess. But a yummy one!
Thanks for sharing this recipe.

These were delicious! I was in the mood for something different to snack on and these were perfect. You can’t really go wrong with banana/chocolate or cinnamon sugar. Thanks for an easy sweet treat :)
