Description

This is not your ordinary banana pudding! With heavy whipping cream, sour cream and Cool Whip, how could it be? You’re going to love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 box (3.4 Oz Box) Banana Cream Flavored Instant Pudding Mix
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip , Thawed, Divided Use
  • 4 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 12 ounces, weight Box Of Vanilla Wafers
  • 2 whole Bananas, Peeled And Sliced

Preparation

In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream with pudding powder. Add 4 ounces of Cool Whip and 4 ounces of sour cream. Whisk together until smooth and thick.

Put 1 Vanilla Wafer in the bottom of each of your six 4 ounce size jars. Add pudding for the next layer, then a couple banana slices, then another Vanilla Wafer. Then add more pudding, this time almost to the top of the jar. Add 3 more banana slices to the top before covering in Cool Whip and garnishing with a Vanilla Wafer. You may have enough pudding for a 7th jar, or you could eat the leftovers with a spoon, up to you! No judgment!
