Description

A healthy, light, creamy chocolate pudding made with Bailey’s Irish Cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana, Frozen
  • 1-½ ounce, fluid Bailey's Irish Cream
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Stevia Or Plain Sugar
  • ¾ cups Cool Whip, Divided

Preparation

In a blender, add all of your ingredients (except for the whipped cream) and blend until creamy. You may have to scrap down the sides of the blender.

Pour mixture into a bowl and carefully fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream. Fold until no more white streaks show.

Pour mixture between four 4-ounce cups. Top with remaining whipped cream. This can be refrigerated before serving or served right away.
