Apple & Pecan Spice Cake in a Jar

Description
A cute dessert! Make one for yourself, and another to send to a loved one.
Ingredients
- ¾ cups All-purpose Flour
- ⅛ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ cups Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ cups Melted Butter
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- ¼ cups 1% Milk
- ½ cups Chopped Apples
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 jar Mason Jar
Preparation
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and eggs together.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. After that, add the 1/4 cup of milk and stir well again.
Finally, add the chopped apples and pecans (or any other ingredient you choose) and mix well.
Spray the mason jar well and fill the batter into the jar.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes.
Let cool before serving (or sending)!
