Description

Warm Banana Walnut Butter Sauce, perfect over waffles, pancakes or ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3  Bananas, Peeled And Chopped
  • ¼ cups Sugar Or Sucanat
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ cups Walnuts, Chopped

Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat then add the bananas. Cook bananas in the butter for about 5 minutes or until they soften. Stir in sugar until it dissolves. Add vanilla and walnuts and heat through. Serve!
