Description

An easy and tasty recipe for Thai peanut sauce that can be used on all sorts of dishes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (full-fat Recommended)
  • ½ cups Unsalted Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Curry Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Chili Sauce, Optional

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. The consistency of the sauce should be thick.

Use sauce for marinating meat or fish, or serve on top of a rice or noodle dish or in salads.
