A refreshingly different barbeque condiment. This sauce is mostly vinegar with a little seasoning but it complements smoked pork better than anything else I’ve tried.
Place all ingredients in a large mason jar and screw the lid on tight. Shake the jar until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Keep refrigerated. When you are ready to use it, decant the sauce into clear plastic squeeze bottles for easy application. The longer this sauce sits, the stronger the flavors will will become.

Variation for thicker pig juice: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Whisk in 1/2 cup brown sugar and 4 Tablespoons of cornstarch. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and store in the fridge.
