Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Turmeric
- 3 Tablespoons Coarse Kosher Or Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cardamom
Preparation Instructions
Combine all ingredients in glass jar and shake well. Keep in a cool dark place. Good for about 6 months, if you don’t use it first!
Note: add the Chicken Spice Rub from Walmart and you have a winning combination for barbecued meats.
