This is absolutely fabulous! So quick and easy, but oh so tasty! I mixed up a batch just now, sampled it on a piece of toast and am in heaven! Thanks so much for sharing!!

This is to die for delicious! I can’t stop eating it! My husband laughs because I keep buying more types of bread to use it on! I did double the amount of cranberries, and I had to use dried cranberries, which I rehydrated. But it was still soooo good!

It is delicious! I used two sticks of margarine instead of butter, thinking that I somewhat will save calorie that way…
I didn’t save any calorie since I kept putting more and more of the spread to my biscuits!
I reduced the amount of cranberry and honey to about 1/3 cup, mixed them up as directed. And the end of my mixing, there was juice coming out of it. I wasn’t sure if the pinkish juice came out of the cranberry, or if it was a combination of cranberry juice and the water came out of the margarine and the honey also. I just drained it, and put the spread into a small container. It was very easy to make and pleasing to the taste buds.
Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I’ve made this twice now and it is wonderful! I couldn’t help but add a little squeeze of the orange juice to the mix. Also, I quite accidentally used half salted and half unsalted butter on the second batch; still wonderful.

I made this for Thanksgiving, and my whole family raved about it. Super easy and good. I think this would make a nice little homemade gift for the holidays.

Sounds amazingly delicious — and a perfect compliment to my pumpkin french toast! How long can you keep this in the refrigerator?

I’ve had it up to maybe 4 weeks. Hard to make it last that long, though

Very yummy, can we make it with other fruits, such as manggo or pineapple? . Because i live in a tropical country, it is hard to find fresh cranberry. Thank you

I made this last night and it is delicious. I would increase the amount of cranberries slightly. Also, I had a really hard time getting the ingredients to combine, possibly because my kitchen is cool and the butter wasn’t as room-temp as needed. To solve this, I tossed everything in the stand mixer with the paddle attachment and beat the tar out of it on high speed for a few minutes. Worked like a charm!

I can’t wait to try this! One question…..does it matter to use salted or unsalted butter? I usually have unsalted on hand.

I used chopped dried cranberres and orange marmalade. That pound of butter was practically eaten off the spoon. Folks just could not get enough

apollosonacres, sure use unsalted butter. Then taste it and add a bit of salt if you think it needs it. It’s all up to what you like.
