Description

Quick, tasty way to perk up some fresh corn!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ¾ Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 dash Seasoning Salt, Cumin, Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Bay Leaf
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 8 ears Or Less Of Corn, Or As Desired

Preparation

Fill a large pot with water. Add all the ingredients (except the corn) to the water, heat to a boil. Add desired amount of ears of corn (the most I’ve done with this recipe has been 8), boil until tender (about 5 minutes). Feel free to garnish with additional butter to serve!
