Description

This is great to slather on top of desserts, pancakes or waffles.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Sweet Cream Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Sliced Almonds
  • ¼ cups Coconut Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation

In a blender or food processor add softened butter and almonds and pulse several times. Add coconut flakes and vanilla extract and run blender or food processor on high for 5 minutes. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy! It’s a family favorite.

Hi Patricia, do not know how I missed this comment. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and compliment my original recipes! It was very kind of you. I must confess I am not a photographer I can not even get a cell Pic in frame-I am a lost cause (it is a family joke too!). Aside from a professional photographer I am out of luck. I do love a pretty table setting for all my meal preparations and lovely food presentation (even if no one outside of my family and friends see it?).
