Description

Fun, bright and fresh. This is perfect on steak, chicken or grilled bread!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley Leaves
  • 1 cup Cilantro Leaves
  • ½ cups Fresh Oregano Leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper

Preparation

Combine parsley, cilantro, oregano, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until herbs are very finely chopped and sauce is well combined. Note: you may need to add a little more lime juice and/or olive oil to get it the perfect consistency.
