Description

I had the pleasure of assisting a chef who taught a great steak cooking class. This steak sauce is one of the recipes he shared with the class and he kindly gave me permission to share it with all of you. Note: this sauce can also be used as a 10-minute marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-½ teaspoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 6 dashes Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Molasses
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Place ingredients in a large jar and shake to combine.

Recipe makes about two cups. Lasts 6 months refrigerated.
