White starch free (yay!), dairy free, sugar free (double yay!), not baked, simple ingredients, and filled with all things you use daily! I suggest cutting each person’s portions into small slices. This is some rich stuff! It’s definitely fudgy, totally ooey and gooey, chocolatey to the max, and my new favorite “healthy” dessert. Next time I might top it with some coconut whipped cream!

One of the absolute best dinners I make. So easy, just a few ingredients and you can throw this together for dinner super fast. Not only is it super healthy, high in fiber and protein, but this recipe is also gluten-free!
If you want to make the tacos taste even better, I suggest frying the taco shells in coconut oil, but the less messy and healthier way is to just toast them on your stove top.

These cookies were legitimately better than the traditional cookies, and had I not told everyone, you wouldn’t have been able to tell they were gluten-free. They were chewy, chocolaty, and delicious.

I love that there’s no white flours, or flour at all for that matter. I love that there’s no white sugar, but instead just good old bee’s honey. Note, because I’m not health-wise super strict with my sugar, there are indeed chocolate chips in this recipe. The few added don’t worry me. If you’re needing a total sugar free substitute, please feel free to leave them out, add cocoa nibs, or any other sugar free alternative.
