This is comfort food, plain and simple. The cheese gets crusty on top but remains molten underneath. When it’s baking, little cheesy waterfalls drip down the sides of the chicken breasts and mix with the mushroom gravy and form little puddles of heaven. Dang. I need to stop typing this and make some more of these chicken breasts!
