Look at that pretty green color in this smoothie. No it’s not lime and it’s not food coloring … it’s spinach! I know what you’re thinking—gross! But hear me out on this one. This smoothie tastes just like a banana smoothie, just green, and my kids love them. My daughter calls them green slime smoothies. I hope you give this recipe a try even if it is just out of curiosity. It’s a great way to sneak in some veggies!

A Cinco de Mayo celebration with a sangria that I had at a tapas restaurant in Barcelona.

This concentrate tastes just like the stuff they use at Starbucks, but it’s crazy cheaper. And it has kinda saved my life.
I like to call it liquid hero. You will too if you try it!

This mangolicious yummy is thick with sweet mango puree, the crisp taste of mint and lime, with a hint of bubbly.

Whether you’re a regular, soy, rice or almond milk drinker, you’re going to like this! You’ll like it because it’s easy to make, it’s tasty and because this recipe is more of a method. You can swap in other fruits!

This is a fantastic punch recipe that is very close to the punch from our favorite local Mexican restaurant. We make it for lots of family events and parties.

My girls’ favorite smoothie. Blueberries and raspberries are the stars here.

Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
