Watermelon, lime, mint and rum provide a super refreshing way to chill out big time. While I prefer them only slightly sweet, you can adjust that by adding (or subtracting) more simple syrup!

I was making strawberry rhubarb jam and had tons of leftover cut strawberries and rhubarb. This is what happened. I’ve never actually made margaritas, so please experiment! What did come out for me was tart and sweet and yummy!
