Quite possibly one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Imagine if you will, plunging your spoon through a crispy layer of caramelized sugar to expose a silky layer of frozen creme brulee ice cream beneath. Oh yea baby, this recipe is worth every single calorie-laden bite. Break out the kitchen torch! Your family and friends are going to flip over this one.

Years ago, I worked in a bakery, and our slave driver boss *made* us taste all the new confections. LOL. My favorite by far was a passionfruit mousse topped with fresh fruit. This is as close to a knock off that I have been able to concoct. On occasion, I get very fancy with this one, and do it up right; more often than not, I put it in a martini glass and add a little fresh fruit to it. Heavenly.

Most Italian cookie recipes are nut-based such as these delicious crisp cookies, which get their flavor from a mix of espresso and hazelnuts.

Even if you don’t like buttermilk, you will love this fudge! It’s a unique dish no one else will have at your Christmas potluck. Try this and thank me later for a marvelous new tradition!

I got this Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream recipe and with a few additions, it is now a family favorite! My husband doesn’t like it with chocolate chips so you can leave them out if you really want to, but who doesn’t want chocolate chips!

A local resturant served this as a specialty dessert. My entire family loved to go there because of this cake. Through trial and error, my mother perfected the recipe. This cake is always a hit anywhere we have taken it. Thanks, Mom!
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
