Dessert doesn’t have to be super sweet to be deliciously impressive! Plums are roasted with maple and balsamic vinegar, then topped with honey-basil yogurt for a fancy dessert that only takes a few minutes to throw together!

I took this to a retreat about pollinators, and figured the apples and honey would be a good match for the topic. It was a big hit and people asked for the recipe. I ate leftovers for the next three days and it was still good! Toffee wasn’t crunchy, but still delicious!

Plums, sugar, oatmeal … so yummy. This makes a wonderful sweet breakfast on a crisp fall morning, or a simple homey dessert.

This delicious crisp is made using pluots (a hybrid of plums and apricots now found in most grocery stores) and blueberries. It also includes less butter and sugar than typical crisps and crumbles. Enjoy!!

A sweet and creamy and super easy dessert that’s GREAT for summer picnics. It can be dressed up for an awesome 4th of July party by simply adding blueberries and whipped topping!
