This time of year, I am looking for delicious ways to eat all those fresh vegetables that are coming from my garden and the farmer’s market. This is a great and easy recipe to have a glass of Perseco or Pinot Grigio with, for the full Italian feel. Buon appetito!

This is a very flavorful and “different” way to prepare corn-on-the-cob. I swear that even if you don’t like mayonnaise, you’ll probably love this. The mayo replaces traditional butter and the chili powder lends a spicy, flavorful kick to compliment the sweetness of the corn and the tartness of the lemon. Enjoy! It’s absolutely one of my favorite summer side dishes.

I developed this recipe after I found myself with 10 extra pounds of potatoes. It’s very easy and quite tasty! Also, a great way to use up those extra baked potatoes!

A light refreshing topping, filling or side. Use as a topping for a turkey burger with crumbled blue cheese. Use to make an omelet with Swiss cheese.

The easiest pickles you will ever make. They can keep for months in the refrigerator, but they never last that long at our house. My daughter asks for them at breakfast!

This recipe is ideal for the person who thinks that they don’t like okra! A quick and easy way to use okra but without any of the slime that can be associated with this vegetable. Great as an appetizer when having an Indian themed dinner. Chat masala can be bought in any Asian shops. I usually buy a brand called Chunky Chat Masala by MDM.
