I am actually not a big fan of egg toast, but since I have started eating Pepperidge Farm’s Raisin bread, I enjoy eating it.
1. Preheat a skillet on medium-high, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all of the ingredients (except bread) in a bowl, then place your bread slices in the wet mixture to soak.
3. Put the bread in the hot skillet and flip over the slices when they are golden brown. Cook the other side, it will cook faster than the first side.
4. Serve with butter and syrup or do what I do and slice some bananas over the hot toast and top with syrup.
