Soft muffins full of pumpkin-y goodness with hot and creamy chocolate chips morsels inside.
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 12 muffin tins with cupcake liners.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
3. Add in pumpkin, oil, vanilla, and eggs, stirring until creamy and thick. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake at 350ºF for 23-27 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
