Description

Great texture, healthy and a great break from boring white pancakes.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Quick Oats
  • ⅓ cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • ⅓ cups White Flour
  • ⅓ cups Cornmeal
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Add more milk or applesauce to obtain consistency and fry in a cast iron skillet!
