Description

Cookies for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • ⅔ cups Milk
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In a mixer, blend together flour mixture, lemon juice, butter, milk and egg until just mixed.

Stir in blueberries.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place spoonfuls of cookie dough on baking sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.

To reheat cookies, toast in toaster.
