Description

Thanks to the addition of pumpkin puree, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice into thick and creamy Greek yogurt, this is sweet enough that it can be either breakfast or dessert! Four ingredients and only 105 calories per 3/4 cup serving.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preparation

In a small bowl mix together all ingredients until well-combined. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
