This yummy dish can be used for breakfast or dinner.
Cook grits in salt water until thick. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, reserving enough cheese to cover the top. Mix throughly. Pour into a baking dish, then top with reserved cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
You can add bacon, ham, onion, or peppers— pretty much anything you can think of before you bake it.
