Description

Yummy eggy pancake/puffy delicousness!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • ½ cups Milk
  • ½ cups Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • Desired Toppings: Syrup, Berries, Lemon Juice, Powdered Sugar, Chocolate Sauce

Preparation

In a 9-inch oven proof skillet, put 2 tablespoons of butter. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, with skillet in the oven.

While oven is preheating, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the microwave. Then whisk together all the ingredients. When the oven/skillet is preheated, pour egg mixture into the hot skillet. Cook for 30 minutes. When pancake is done, it will be puffed up around the edges, and flat in the middle. Slice into 4 wedges and serve with desired toppings.

This recipe can also be doubled, and made in a larger pan.

Wow these take me back! Ican remember my mom making these for HOURS so that all 7 of us could have some for breakfast. This was a great easy recipe, perfect custardy center. Will make again thank you!

Perfect recipe, these turned out great. We added a splash of vanilla in the batter but otherwise stayed with the recipe. Served with lemon and powdered sugar and they were awsome!

Great recipe. We changed in a little bit. I just used a greased 8×8 pan instead of skillet, and added a little vanilla and cinnamon to the batter. So good! My child loved it too!
