Easy to assemble and refrigerate the night before, then pop in the oven in the morning.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 13″x9″ greased pan, press 1 1/2 tubes of crescent rolls into the bottom and halfway up the sides to form a seamless crust. Sprinkle precooked bacon and shredded cheese over the crust. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour mixture over the bacon and cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it begins to brown.
This can be assembled the night before. Cooking time will be longer.
