Description

This is an easy quiche recipe for breakfast or dinner. It’s not true that real men don’t eat quiche, because my Marlboro Man (actually, Marlboro Lights) LOVES this! This recipe is why I grow spinach in my garden.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Prepared Pie Crust
  • 5 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Cream Or Milk
  • ½ bags Fresh Spinach Or 1 Box (10 Oz. Box) Frozen (thawed)
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 slices Partially Cooked Bacon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and cream on high for 1 minute. Add cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Put the spinach in the bottom of the pie crust. Add the feta cheese to the top of the spinach. Pour the egg mixture on top. Then add the shredded cheddar cheese. Arrange the bacon slices on top of the quiche and bake for 45 minutes or until eggs have set.
