A quick grab-and-go breakfast that takes no time to make. It’s filled with fresh berries, oatmeal and yogurt, a perfect healthy meal that will keep you full for hours.
The night before, make your overnight oatmeal: Place oatmeal, milk, vanilla, chia seeds and cinnamon in a bowl, stir, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, layer in this order:
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
oatmeal
peanut Butter
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
Sprinkle with granola!
