Description

We’ve been treating ourselves to berry breakfast smoothies each morning. Too much work that early in the day? No worries, just put everything in your blender jar the night before so the only thing you’ll have to do in the morning is to walk your groggy self into the kitchen and hit the power switch. Fresh fruit is great, but see my note below if using frozen fruit.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Blueberries
  • 4 ounces, weight Strawberries
  • 4 ounces, weight Peaches
  • 4 ounces, weight Bananas
  • 4 ounces, weight Pomegranate Juice
  • 4 ounces, weight Milk (or Milk Substitute)

Preparation

Place everything in the a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Note: If using frozen fruit, thaw or partially thaw before using.
