This is a great alternative to plain oatmeal. My kids love it!! You can always add your favorite fruit or pour milk on it.
Melt butter and add brown sugar and beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with milk or fruit.

This is so good and so easy! I added some dried cranberries and cinnamon. Yum!
