Description

This is an amazing pre-workout drink or eye-opening breakfast smoothie full of fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1  Pear
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 2  Ice Cubes

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
