I found this recipe in one of my Grandma’s old recipe books. It’s very easy and they turned out delicious!
Heat oil in a deep fryer or frying pan. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, egg, and corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. I use a #16 scoop, but be sure not to make them too big or they won’t cook through. Cook until browned and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately. Great with honey butter!

We made these and they were very easy and good. I had to put the first batch back in the fryer since they looked done, but were not done in the middle because I made them too big. We dusted them with powdered sugar.

Is that whole corn or creamed corn that you use?
