Made this yesterday. It was easy and the loafs came out very moist with the cream cheese addition. The recipe doesn’t say when to add the bananas and vanilla, so I added them prior to the dry ingredients.

excellent recipe! i’ve made this several times in the past month. my family and co-workers all love it! i have used applesauce in place of the mashed banana and that turned out wonderfully too.

Absolutely delicious! Very light and unlike any other banana bread I’ve ever had. I doubled the recipe and had trouble mixing because there was so much
. Can’t wait to share this tomorrow!

Very tasty – I actually used goat cheese in place of cream cheese. I will definitely keep this recipe in rotation.

This banana bread is delicious! I can’t imagine it is healthy given the amount of butter and cream cheese. I thought it was strange that there are no eggs in the recipe but rest assured, it turns out fine. I made this last night for a group of adults/kids today as a snack. Everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe and it made three loaves of bread. It was all gone in 15 minutes.
Great recipe. I will be making it again!

This bread came out amazing. I made it for a family gathering and it was gone asap. It’s been a week now and everyone is still talking about it! Thanks! Can’t wait to make it again!

Thanks all! I love this recipe and NO it most certainly is not healthy. I am sure I could cut down on butter, but why ruin a beautiful thing??=)

I made this last night & really enjoyed it. I didn’t have the patience to wait for the loaf to bake up, so I divided the batter…1/2 into a loaf pan & the rest divided into 3 dozen mini muffin tins. They baked up in just under 20 minutes & were perfect snack size! thanks for the great recipe…perfect for when I’m all out of eggs =)

Oh,my gosh! Made this banana bread last night and brought it to work this morning. Have been looking for a banana bread recipe that I LOVE for years, and this is it. Had to check the other comments before I made it to make sure it really didn’t have any eggs, but after being assured that there was nothing left out, went ahead and made it. So glad I did! Delicious!!

I took some pictures of it and am wondering how to upload it to this recipe?

I tried this recipe today. It is now only 12:41 and they are almost gone. My grandsons inhaled them. This recipe is a keeper.
