Thank you for this post. I love Red Lobster biscuits. In fact I ask the waiter to take the extras so I don’t eat more than one. I can’t wait to try these, I’ll have to do it when I have guests so there won’t be any left over.

I love this recipe, too, but I double the garlic powder, use a salt substitute, and dried parsley. My ice cream scoop only made 9, but for two of us that gave us 3 leftovers. They are large, light, and fluffy, and incredibly delicious!

I used Mexican style shredded cheese rather than cheddar as that’s all I had. These came out great, and I also used dry parsley rather than fresh.

I love Red Lobster…I found this recipe on a copycat site years ago, I make these all the time at home
