Description

Moist and delicious banana bread with loads of flavor.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Melted Butter
  • 4 whole Ripe Bananas, Mashed
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Cinnamon-spiced Pecans, Store Bought Or Homemade, Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

With a wooden spoon, mix the melted butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix well. Add in the flour and carefully mix the batter. Fold in the pecans.

Pour the mixture into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan.

Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a rack, then remove the banana bread from the pan to serve it.
