This chutney provides a healthy burn and a little goes far. It is recommended as an accompaniment to Mediterranean Merguez Flatbread, which is also posted here in my recipe box or under Quick Breads.

To be honest I am not an advocate of greasy, fried food, not to mention the mess frying creates in the kitchen. These baked chicken wings get an extra boost of flavor from marinating the meat over night and with the fiery heat scale, you won’t even notice that these are not fried. To achieve the balance of savory and sweet, I am serving these wings with an Indian spiced Pineapple Chutney for when you felt the need to cool dow

Fresh, tangy and easy mango coriander chutney. It’s great to serve with snacks. Can be pre-made and stored for a week in fridge.

Pefect timing to feature this recipe, as the only two things left in my garden happen to be Rosemary and Thyme. Thanks so much for the recipe

I just made this with fresh rosemary and thyme. It tastes great already, can’t wait to taste it after it sits for a while …if it lasts that long! This is a keeper!

This was really good. I agree with bfkoontz. I made with fresh and it was okay. Then I tasted it again after it sat overnight. Delicious. You could definitely put this out as a spread for a party. It has such a rich wonderful flavor. YUM!

I made this the other night for a potluck dinner with my girlfriends. It was so good and went so quickly that I almost ran out to get more! So quick, so freaking simple, and yet so very delicious!

This is unbelievably wonderful! I made it with fresh rosemary and thyme and it turned out spectacularly! I’m bringing it to a party tonight and then to my moms on Christmas Eve. Then making it again for the inlaws Christmas get together. Thanks for this one…it’s a keeper!!

I whipped up some of this spread this morning and put it in the refrigerator for later. I pulled it out a few minutes ago and it is so good! I added a little onion powder to it and we enjoyed it spread on mini toast crisps.
Thanks for sharing the recipe– It’s a keeper!

I made this for my sister’s baby shower that I was throwing. I made it one day ahead of time; when I tasted it immediately after making, I thought it was ok. Acceptable but not “meshed.” The next day, I couldn’t stop eating it. And it was a HUGE hit among the guests. Even my husband thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers! Delicious and simple!
