Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together all ingredients. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from the cookie sheet.
Note: You can make the sausage balls (with or without baking them) ahead of time and pop them in the freezer. Just bake or reheat accordingly. I wouldn’t freeze them for more than a month, though.
