These deviled eggs are easy to make, full of protein, dairy free and naturally gluten free to boot.
Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set the whites aside. Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them. Stir the Vegenaise (1-2 tablespoons), mustard, parsley, celery, shallots, salt and pepper into the mashed yolks. Spoon filling into egg whites.
Keep refrigerated until serving. Sprinkle with paprika, or if you’re feeling zany, use smoked paprika. Serve!
