Cream Cheese Brownie Batter Dip

Description
This sweet dip is to die for! Adapted from Mel’s Kitchen Cafe.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 5 Tablespoons Flour
- 5 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- ¼ cups Chocolate Chip, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
1. In a stand mixer, whip cream cheese and butter until soft and fluffy.
2. Add in powdered sugar. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add in flour, cocoa, brown sugar, vanilla and milk. Mix until fluffy and smooth. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more milk or powdered sugar.
4. Garnish with chocolate chips and serve with your favorite dipping items (animal crackers, pretzels, apples, strawberries, marshmallows).
