Description

Healthy vegetarian chili with beans and veggie crumbles. Easy to prepare one pot recipes that is filling and the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Divided
  • 1  Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1  Medium Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1  Red Mini Pepper, Chopped
  • 1  Orange Mini Pepper, Chopped
  • 1  Yellow Mini Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Size) Morningstar Farm Grilled Crumbles
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
  • ½ teaspoons Super Veg
  • 1 package (1/4 Oz. Size) Sazon Goya
  • 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Canned Black Beans, Drained
  • 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Canned Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Canned Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Canned Tomato Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons Agave
  • 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 stalk Scallions
  • 1 sprig Cilantro

Preparation

Add oil to a large soup pot and place over medium-high heat. Heat oil for 2 minutes.

Add onion and peppers and pinch of salt. Cook for 4 minutes until softened but not brown. Add Morningstar Farms crumbles and cook for 6 minutes.

Stir in chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, super veg, Sazon and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir constantly.

Add black beans, kidney beans and tomato sauce. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in agave and ketchup. Garnish with scallions and cilantro (optional).

Note: If you cannot find super veg, you can use salt to taste.
