These are delicious! Mine didn’t brown up very well, but the outside was crispy and that’s what mattered. I used maybe a half a cup of flour, not even two eggs, and about a half a cup of panko. Will definitely be making these again.

Yum! I’ll definitely be making these again! I cooked mine just a little longer-about 15 mins on both sides. And, I must have made my balls too big because I only used about 1 1/2 cups panko, 2/3 cup flour and two eggs that I had mixed with a tiny bit of water. Thanks, Stephanie!

LOVED these! Super easy. Needed to bake them a little longer for a little color.

This recipe was easy to follow and I already had all the ingredients in my pantry/fridge. The end result was delicious!
