Description

Craving Cream of Wheat on a keto diet? This will soothe your craving while still staying on plan.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Flax Seed Milled
  • Butter And/Or Cream, To Serve (optional)
  • Your Choice Of Add-ins, Such As Berries, Almonds, Extract, Spices (optional)

Preparation

Place water in a saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Add coconut flour and flaxseed. Whisk and cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened.

Add butter and/or cream. Place in a bowl with add-ins of your choice. Enjoy hot.
